Part-Time Dental Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systemsPrepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labelsDisinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processesProvide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blogAssemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shippedUnload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entryMaintain inventory of shipping materials and suppliesProvide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and deliveryOccasional driving responsibilities, including making deliveries to local officesAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
