Job Description
Manager, Systems Quality AssuranceNewark, DE Direct Hire Up to $140k year, plus bonus Successful candidate will be working closely with test engineers, hardware/software developers, and architects, develop an expert understanding of our products and their use in clinical practice to design, develop, and test our next generation diagnostic systems. Own planning and execution of product design verification and validation, including test plan development and management, day-to-day prioritization, test environments, and cross-functional relationships. Oversee and participate in test execution and reporting. Continuously identify product improvements and insist on the highest levels of product quality. Apply and share knowledge of best practices in software, hardware, and systems testing and test automation. Interface with external partners, providing day-to-day oversight on project tasks and guidance on technical issues. Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline . Other disciplines may be considered based on experience.
- At least 7 years of software and/or systems testing experience.
- At least 3 years of recent test automation and/or software development experience.
- Ideal profile will be someone who has managed people as direct reports, and has worked on testing hardware and software.
- Medical device not required but highly preferred. Will consider someone from aerospace industry working on radar systems, etc.
- Will be working on mammography and bone densitometry systems.
