  • Answer phones, respond to voicemails and respond to transferred tickets.
  • Generate or update tickets
  • Manage and maintain individual ticket queue.
  • Note trends of problems that are either new or recurring and report them to manager for further analysis and investigation.
  • This position supports for web based applications. Successful candidate will be interacting with both internal and external clients. External clients include Registered Investment Advisors, Investors and High Net Worth Individuals
Working knowledge of internet browsers (IE,Chrome,Firefox,Safari) including troubleshooting, documentation, and problem- solving.Excellent person-to-person communication skills.Proven ability to speak, communicate, and express self and technical issues intelligently in BOTH “techie” and “non-techie” vernacular.Proven ability to deal with multiple types of callers/clients: problematic, irate, foreign, confused, etc.Proven ability to multitask.Excellent logical and problem- solving skills. Often required to think “out of the box.” To find solutions, fix problems, and find workarounds (if needed) until problem can be resolved.
