- Libor Initiative - Documentation analyst or Business support and Coordination (CPB)
- Working as part of the client LIBOR Transition Initiative, the role would entail supporting relevant businesses, coordinating document remediation for Libor program.
- Work closely with the Investment Finance Specialist or Underwriters on credit facilities in scope for Libor remediation
- Perform executed document review for Libor remediation language
- Manage a high volume of credit facilities in scope for Libor remediation
- Manage the executed documents and ensure all documents are sent to Ops, Tech and document management unit on a timely manner
- Maintain and report on progress against overall plan
- Coordinate between legal, business and technology stakeholders to prepare for timely remediation of Libor contracts
- Management of related technology and operations impact
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a global banking environment
- Experience in coordinating and / or delivering large scale transformation programs
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Displays flexibility and independence in a demanding environment
- Team Player
- Financial markets product knowledge
- Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry (desirable)
