- Implementation and Support experience as Consultant for Taleo offerings (Onboarding, Recruiting, Taleo Security, Custom & Seeded Taleo-Fusion Integration, Social Sourcing, TCC scripting, Custom reporting/ Dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of the Business process areas encompassing Taleo Recruiting/Onboarding.
- Technical expertise to deliver end to end solution independently.
- Technical knowledge to handle custom reports, dashboards and Fusion – Taleo integration.
- Ability to present proof-of-concept, Create requirements documentation, Test plans and Migration documents.
- Must have strong orientation for Designing, building, testing and deploying Taleo Solutions.
- Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
