TITLE: Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE
Our client is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Wilmington, DE. What You'll Do:- Responsible to interpret and document business requirements and advise business stakeholders on options, risks and costs
- Participate in the development of processes and approaches according to JPMChase standards
- Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing / validation strategies and ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans.
- Work with the business to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations
- Providing testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas
- Managing defects to monitor and report on defect resolution
- Designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts and assisting in creation of manual test scripts
- 5+ years of experience with manual testing and quality assurance
- Previous financial services/banking experience is a plus
- 3+ years working with SQL queries
- 3+ years experience with MS Excel
- Automation testing expertise is a plus
