- Detailed knowledge on end-to-end architecture of applications.
- From performance engineering aspect, should have good exposure on performance analysis on multiple technologies technology – Java/JVM, Database tuning.
- Exposure in designing and building tools/utilities from performance perspective.
- Should be able to review and code in Java, shell, python.
- Experience in creating data strategy.
- Design robust Performance Test Strategies that will validate impact of changes to performance of individual applications as well as the consumer technology ecosystem.
- Participate and provide recommendations for ensure Performance is built into the design of a solution.
- Define and implement post-mortem / root-cause analysis processes – develop improved testing scenarios based upon analysis.
- Must have lead teams of Performance testing and performance engineering.
- Must be playing role of Performance Architect in current project.
