Data & AI ensures that all portfolio information vital to the investment management process is complete, accurate, timely and effectively controlled using the latest technology and tools. Data & AI provides data services and solutions in support of all BlackRock and BlackRock Solutions businesses.

The Business Partner team within Data & AI is responsible for driving alignment and transparency with the firm's Internal and External Stakeholders to improve the interaction with the data platform. This role requires maintaining partnership as well as delivering on the vision for Data & AI.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Own business partner engagement along with sharing key updates and providing insights for representative client segment
  • Analyze metrics of the user experience and suggest improvements
  • Act as advocate in prioritization forums for strategic projects & manage expectations of delivery
  • Partner with members of Data & AI to present proposed solutions back to our partners
  • Knowledge/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field is desired
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of markets, technology, operations or business management functions
  • Strong interpersonal and time leadership skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated concepts to clients
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Aladdin a plus
  • Consistent record of delivering on major projects to key partners
  • High level attention to detail
