- TECHNICAL DOMAIN
- Understanding of Multi-channel digital marketing platforms (web, email and social) is essential, with experience of e.g., Tealium iQ, Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target an advantage.
- Managing Requirements in relation to multi-channel customer journeys to deliver right message through the right channel at the right time.
- Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.
- Good understanding of networks, databases and other technology.
- Agile tools and methodologies inc. JIRA.
- BUSINESS DOMAIN
- Want someone that is commercially savvy and will partner with Stakeholders to understand their commercial goals
- General understanding of Digital Marketing and how it can be used to create value for customers and the Client.
- Focused on solving real world/business problems and generating a measurable impact (not someone that is wanting to deploy Tech for the sake of deploying Tech).
- Analytical thinker and problem solver that uses data and insight to inform decision making.
- Pharmaceutical business domain knowledge is desirable but not essential.
