QualificationsExperience performing user administration tasks NTFS and Unix shared folders/file permissionsExcellent customer service in telephone or electronic interaction with clientsExperience in running usage and permissions reports in Varonis DataAdvantage tool.Experience with UNIX platform commands to change, remove folder and file permissionsExperience in using excel to manipulate data and formats to make it presentable to the clientsExperience in working for a large client with ability to navigate the firm and internal support teamsAbility to understand NTFS and UNIX permissions reports and explain the same to clients and internal customersVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing prioritiesAbility to work independently with internal project manager and project teamExperience in managing and supporting workstations and serversEntry level network certification like a CompTia network+ Thanks & Regards
