Job Title : Manual Tester

Contract Terms: W2 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify scenarios based on Correction Case requirements and manually validate them on front end applications in one of the CCB LOB applications• Effectively communicate with BA/Developers and PMs on the issues identified• Ability to work under tight deadlines (10 days or less)• Develop test plan, processes, job aids, tools and approaches and effective communication of defects• Write basic queries and run frequencies to validate population and output files• Ensure correct formatting and logic of all output files• Actively engage in process adherence and improvement discussions

Qualifications:

• Requires either 5+ years of experience in Requirements Testing/QA• Basic SQL or SAS skills• Ability to understand basic SQL queries• Ability to run UNIX scripts• TSYS/C3/Credit Card or Auto Finance or Merchant Services or Consumer/Business Banking, Chase Wealth Management or Home Lending knowledge• Ability to work multiple problems simultaneously• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)• Strong analytical skills• Detailed and quality oriented• Team player with the ability to work independently
