Function: This client-facing role requires good experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be client-focused, team oriented with exceptional communication skills. Looking for a local person preferably to avoid travel & self-quarantine issues due to current COVID situation. Experience:. o 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project o Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support o Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade o Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS o Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations o Experience of SLA based support o Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS o Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow o Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge o Flexible with work hours o Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution o Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately o Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them o Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation o Good presentation and communication skills o Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment o Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model o Travel as needed Email : anthony@silverlinc.com
