Position: MS Dynamics CE Program Manager Location: 100% Remote Type: Full Time Employment Skills: MS Dynamics - Business Central, MSCRM Azure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Agency Relationship, Agent Set-up Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing deliveries of CRM portfolios that spans a broad range of systems and wide spectrum of cutting edge technologies.
- Manage complex CRM development projects on-time, on-budget, and client specifications.
- Overall 12+ years of Dynamics 365 CE, CRM, Azure, .NET experience and minimum and 10 years of project management experience with cloud platform and working with global team on mission critical deliverables.
- Have subject matter expertise and proven experience on Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing, Sales insights and Customer Insights for Insurance projects.
- Must have a proven record of implementing Dynamics 365 CE platform for Producers, Brokers and Agency management.
- Must know Insurance Market and Broker hierarchy in detail.
- Must have at least two D365 CE implementation experience implementing global platform that has base vs local functionality balancing the core and local features with multi-lingual and multi-currency functionality.
- Must have an experience to take requirement from multiple product owners and create a standardized requirement that suits all regions.
- Have an experience handing CRM platform implementations integration with large variety of upstream and downstream systems.
- Oversee architects and developers make sure requirements are being met. Co-ordinate with client & delivery team on day to day basis for project execution activities. Co-ordinate with business stakeholder, different teams on delivery of complex project needs. Lead strategic discussions with customer and executive leadership.
- Ability to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and lead project teams in creating solutions that supports the business requirements and business processes.
- Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units.
