Performance Engineer Wilmington, Delaware Contract Technical Skills: Gather and interpret performance test requirements. Create performance test plans. Design, develop, execute and analyze performance test for applications and systems. Perform application performance testing and analysis, including load, stress, duration, and tuning. Identify and assist project teams with application and system tuning needs. Provide expertise to signoff via a pass/fail notification for production changes. Participate in hardware sizing. Debug code defects related to application performance issues. Develop plugins and additional capabilities to support existing SDLC Toolchain. Drive mainframe performance testing.
