Our client in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Salesforce Application Administrator to join their growing team. This person will be supporting their Digital Transformation Initiative. This is a permanent role by way of contract with a well-known organization.
This position will be remote to start but then must sit on site in Wilmington or Philadelphia. If you are not currently local to the area please include your willingness to relocate on the resume. Position Description:- Work with all business units to understand needs, make enhancement, create processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities using Financial Cloud Services.
- Monitor data integrations to ensure all data feeds are in working order.
- Build and enhance complex solutions on Salesforce using flows, process builders, workflows, approval process, fields and its relationships, complex validation rules, triggers, etc.
- Support UAT testing and user training for current and new users while managing and refreshing Sandbox environments.
- Deploy changes using standard Salesforce processes in compliance with company change management policy.
- Perform bulk data loads using data loader and duplicate data management using de-duplication techniques and implementing duplicate and matching rules and building complex reports.
- Manage new setup of new and existing users and their permissions using profiles, permission sets and roles, license management and its cost tracking in Salesforce.
- Design and develop the system UI based on the business requirements and enhance the system accordingly.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Application Administrator
- Experience working in banking or financial services industry
- Experience with NCINO or similar loan origination platform
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with integrating data from other solutions into Salesforce via API
- Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products
