Improve the Scrum team/ Development team behaviors and working relationships, removing impediments, and dealing with constraints. This individual must work closely with the Product Owner and the Software Delivery Manager on Product and Sprint backlog prioritization, help in training on User Story Mapping, Agile Estimating and Planning. Follows the Three Pillars of Scrum, The Five Values of Scrum and Lean Values and PrinciplesIn this role, you can expect to:• Provide agile process leadership to distributed development teams• Coach, mentor and facilitate agile ceremonies• Ensure that teams live agile values, enact agile practices and abide by agreements• Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving:• Risk and Issue Management• Scope Change Management• Provide clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal.• Facilitate/manage project communications• Follow the 12 Principles of Agile Software• Work with the Product Owner, Software Delivery Manager, Stakeholders and SMEsBasic Qualifications for Consideration:• Minimum: 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in an agile software development environment.• Must have led projects in agile using Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, Kanban• Hands on experience tool JIRAPreferred Skills, Experience, and Education:• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills• Proven success in delivering Features, while ensuring customer satisfaction• Proven problem-solving skills• Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans• Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment• Ability to handle multiple Scrum team/ Development team• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items.• Manage risks and resolve issues related to release scope, schedule, and quality.• Conduct release readiness reviews and milestone reviews.
