- Drives and conducts design sessions with business units and technical teams to collect requirements for automation solutions.
- Establish and publish standards and authoritative data sources that may be required for development of workflows.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between enterprise applications in order to facilitate automation or to supplement CMDB data
- Establish, publish, and maintain documentation for automation and software integration best practices.
- Identify ways to bridge the gap between bi-modal operations.
- Stays informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Maintain and review metrics on implemented solutions.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities within existing orchestration solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities that will add value to the business and support IT goals.
- Produce and maintain reference architecture and process documentation for publication
- Train 1st and 2nd level support teams on new solutions.
- Provide level 3 support, identification of root cause, and implementation of preventive measures for failures in process automation.
- Provide technical leadership within the Architecture team and other ITSM and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide off-hours support as needed for implementation of changes.
- Occasional travel to Delaware location may be required as needed.
- 4+ year BS in Computer Science or technical oriented degree.
- 8+ years of experience in application design and software integration
- 4+ years of experience automating workflows in ServiceNow
- 1+ years of experience automating in Azure/AWS Cloud
- Experience in managing projects from ideation to closure
- ITIL certification
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow IHUB, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change Management
