MUST have Associates/ Bachelors Degree or working towards one.JOB DESCRIPTIONUsing thorough understanding of the support organization’s activities, provides support to support professionals and management for any of the following responsibilities: document creation for support organization or external customers, call management, office automation assistance and remote team support. Responds to customer inquiries and acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities.JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTIONGaining deeper understanding of technical knowledge in area of responsibility.Working knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures.Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions for new/more complex assignments.Assignments are moderately complex and require planning and decision-making.Chooses appropriate tasks, sequence, and methods to complete work.Coordinates information and activities within team as needed.Needs to have scheduling experienceMINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEMay require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.HS Diploma or GED required.Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.Applicants must provide their phone number.
