RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, one of the world's largest financial institutions in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Tech Ops/CPU Memory Capacity Monitoring Analyst/Application Support role focused on Infrastructure Capacity. The candidate monitors KPI's for critical applications and responds to threshold breaches or anomalies. The analyst also partners with RE and AD teams to deep dive into capacity risks and recommended remediation plans. This is an opportunity for fulltime employment with client.

With on-site training and mentoring, they are committed to your professional development as well.REQUIREMENTS:Tech Ops/CPU Memory Capacity Monitoring Analyst/SQL Unix Wintel Technical BA/Junior Production Support Role: SQL Excel UNIX/Wintel Experience with Monitoring Tools/Monitoring Data - Wily/Dynatrace/Splunk - Not config nor manage, just reviewing output of those tools Understanding of CPU/Capacity Management/Memory metrics and more of + requests that can be made on the system Mature enough to understand the risks/risks to system Experience in Trouble shooting above tools - in role will be lending a hand to troubleshootingExperience managing follow-up; Will need to follow-up with engineering, etc. until system is fixed by Logging brake details & tracking of repair This not an engineer, everything is established Experience with Infrastructure KPI's (CPU, Memory), and monitoring and dashboard toolsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
