TITLE: Business Systems Analyst Location: Wilmington, DE; Plano, TX; Houston, TX
Our financial services client is searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team in either Wilmington, DE, Plano, TX, or Houston, TX. What You'll Do:- Collaborating with Product Owners to interpret and define business requirements
- Create and understand API contract, work with stakeholder for API integration.
- Good knowledge of database and SQL
- Experience as a data analyst and / or modeler
- Building, editing and maintaining the team backlog
- Collaborating with the development team to elaborate stories and acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile ceremonies, feature demonstrations and retrospectives
- Ensure the solutions are delivered in accordance with risk, regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Excellent listening skills
- Experience in Finance Applications is a plus
- Knowledge of XMLs, JSON, Swagger
- Hands on with SQL query for data analysis
- Knowledge of JIRA, Testing Tools and CI/CD is good to have.
- Experience in creating, contributing to Story Refinement in an Agile Environment.
- Ability to collaborate with business teams in order to understand, translate, review and playback requirements into Logical Data Models.
- Ability to understand Java code a plus
