Additional Skills:

Primary Skills -3-5 years' experience and strong skills in supporting and deploying Windows Servers, Desktop virtualization technologies (VMWare/Citrix) and supporting large scale environments. Certifications preferred. -3-5 years' experience with Windows servers, mass deployments, automation, OS/Hardware lifecycle management -Thorough understanding of Citrix 7x virtualization technologies, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, AD Group Policies, IIS, AppV, File & Print. Certification preferred. -Strong understanding and background in supporting MS SQL, SCCM, SharePoint and Splunk -Highly proficient in desktop application (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.) -Familiarity with quality assurance and systems testing protocols in a complex technical environment -Scripting and automation in PowerShell highly desired

Roles and Responsibilities: Job Description The individual selected for this position will be a member of the firm's Global Technology Enterprise Workplace & Products VDI Build and Lifecycle Mgmt Operations team. The core of our services is to ensure that all components of the firm's VDI and its infrastructure are available to clients 24/7/365. The core responsibilities of this role includes, but not limited to, being responsible for all aspects of the VDI infrastructure buildouts and implementation, using automation and other toolsets, decommission activities for end of life assets, as well the implementation and acceptance of new technology into the environment with a high level of quality and accuracy. The individual will work closely with other teams, especially those providing engineering, infrastructure (server hardware/OS, NAS, SAN, network, provisioning), project management, operations support and tiered client support services.
