Software Developer Technical Lead Job Description We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our client's team until the end of the year. As the technical lead, you will oversee a team of junior developers on all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.Responsibilities : Determining project requirements. Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics Pair coding with junior developers to help them upskill. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. Writing advanced programming code. Ensuring that Test Driven Development and Agile processes are being followed Working with Scrum master to manage project timelines and tasks. Creating technical documents for new software programs.Requirements Previous experience as a software programmer Advanced knowledge of either Java or JavaScript Understanding of Test Driven Development Knowledge of any of the following frameworks Spring,Node,React Knowledge of GIT Experience creating and maintaining databases. Experience working with Agile development technologies. Advanced project management skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to be client-facingVacancy expired!
