My number is lt;/p> Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Cupertino, CA Job Description: Designing, sourcing and qualifying electrical test equipment, including PCBAs and flex circuits, to be used in the test of small, precision electronic modules. Leading technical design reviews with key internal / external partners. Developing and implementing test fixture qualification plans. Managing China-based design firms to deliver test fixtures per design & quality specifications Providing support for test fixture bring-up during new product development. Key Qualifications: Successful candidates will have these skills, knowledge and experiences: Technical - Electrical: Three to five years as an electrical engineer with experience in fixture or product design. Experience with flex circuit design, PCBA design, component selection and design review. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and test equipment. Strong hands on troubleshooting skills, including good facility using basic lab equipment. Prefer knowledge of a variety of programming / scripting languages. Prefer experience working as a test engineer in high volume manufacturing. Project Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English. Strong relationship building, teamwork and peer influencing skills. Clear ability to work independently and self-manage. Flexible, adaptable mind-set. Able to manage multiple fixture designs simultaneously. Ability to create practical and innovative solutions.
