Description:Job Responsibilities:Analyze cash flows and modeling to remediate variances between QRM and MRP valuationsSuggest changes to data or modeling to reduce or remediate valuation variancesAnalyze internal behavioral models to identify key components impacting modeling to help full time staff build replication models within QRMCreate and design easy to use reporting in a BI tool to allow for analysis of variances and summaries to be presented to senior leadershipAutomate and streamline other reporting and move to BI tool if possibleReport(s) need to be designed in a fashion to allow for easy and quick refresh for each months balance sheet or new forecastsProduce and maintain document to capture findings from variance analysisSkills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving/critical thinking skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage ones time.Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI etc.Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance. An advanced degree is preferred.5-7 years financial experience required
