Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Washington, DC- 20433 Duration: Long term

Essential Job Functions:
  • Capture detailed steps for each project with estimated start and end date and estimated resource requirements (hours, costs)
  • Identify critical paths for each project
  • Define and provide a portfolio view of all projects with a high level status indicator (On Target, At Risk, Delay), and portfolio road map view and identify dependency between projects
  • Define and provide a daily report of projects that are At Risk or Delayed
  • Define and provide a daily and weekly to-do list for tasks to be completed for each team member and each project
  • Define and provide a resource allocation report on a portfolio level and project level and highlight over-allocated resources
  • Customize an integrated view for Excel
  • Customize an automated workflow for full project cycle with a pre-configured group of tasks for each project
  • Customize the view for portfolio prioritization
  • Customize the view and functionality for resource & budget management
  • Enable web-based project editing and reporting
  • Customize various levels of management and status tracking report
  • Customize various levels of dashboards with drill down ability

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
  • Role Specific Experience: 7+ years of IT project management experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment
  • Experience with creating and following a work plan to develop and implement a Project Management tool solution
  • Must have financial/banking client experience
  • Experience with technical reporting and management tools, such as Remedy, Clarity, and Crystal Report

Certification Requirements: PMP certification
