- Assist Help Desk team with incidents and request tickets from all offices
- Ensure call metrics and SLA goals for the help desk team are met
- Manage, maintain , and troubleshoot computer systems
- Provide first level troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Help with AV and conference room setup and support
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage
Requirements of the IT Specialist: - Associate's degree or at least 2 years of college in an IT related field
- 3-5 years of technical experience supporting hardware and software in a multi-user networked environment
- Strong customer service orientation, personable, friendly attitude, able to work in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated worker
