The Knowledge Management/Training Specialist develops teaching outlines and determines instructional methods, using knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, or workshops. This individual prepares, organizes, and heads training sessions covering standard training, specialized training, or counseling in designated areas.

  • Create and update web-based articles like Wiki's and How-To's Provide orientation training to end-user staff Provide classroom, in-person, telephone, and video training sessions Create and update knowledge articles within the ITSM tool Required: Training Knowledge Article Updates HTML Preferred: ServiceNow Education:
