Basic Qualifications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Risk Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Geography, Geospatial Intelligence, GIS, Water Resources Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas - water resource management, geospatial analytics, GIS consulting, or environmental engineering.
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Demonstrated problem solver and ability to co-create within a dynamic team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools.
  • Proficiency in the Esri ArcGIS suite of software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online)
  • Working knowledge of relational database managements systems

Preferred:

  • Graduate degree
  • One of more relevant certifications
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise (Server / Portal) and Server extensions including Workflow Manager for ArcGIS, GeoAnalytics Server and GeoEvent Server
  • Maintain and support application(s) according to changing business/mission requirements
  • Experience developing geospatial related applications in multiple languages/ protocols
