Overview
Our direct end client, an industry-leading integrator who provides a wide range of services and solutions to the Federal Government has a contract opening for an experienced Oracle SysOps Engineer. As an Oracle SysOps Engineer, you will work with the Oracle Architect in the architecture and design of Oracle cloud in alignment with best practices and the overall solution concept of operations. This is a new project just starting up, and this role is 100% remote. Don't miss getting in on the ground floor of this new and challenging stream of work. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background check. Responsibilities- Design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies
- Improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands
- Apply security improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations
- Provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis
- Associate degree or higher
- 5 - 7 years of experience Implementing Security on Cloud such as AWS, Azure, Google
- Familiarity with Federal Security Standards of NIST, FedRAMP and/or FISMA
- Experience working with Security tools such as SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background check
- Experience with Pen Testing
- Familiarity with the development tools such as Terraform and Ansible
