Overview
Our direct client of more than 20 years is a prestigious Federal Integrator who provides a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They have a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Process Architect to support a Federal Agency located in Washington, DC, with the option to work REMOTE. In this role, you will be part of a team that supports ongoing operations of the ServiceNow platform and supports efforts to design, implement, and deploy new ServiceNow modules that the client has licensed. The successful candidate will have functional expertise in a variety of ServiceNow modules and experience documenting existing business processes and co-creating new business processes with clients. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background requirements. Responsibilities- Responsible for current state analysis, providing recommendations for implementing Governance, Organizational Change Management, and process efficiencies/improvements to define a ServiceNow Center of Excellence for technical and strategic implementation
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Business Process Design experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background requirements
