Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage the quality of data within the database by recommending the appropriate workflow
  • Perform proactive data cleansing, merging, de-duplication activities
  • Leverage customized reports and dashboards using the base tools provided by the Analytics team
  • Leverage Salesforce platform, ETL, and Einstein analytics tools
  • Ensure the API between Salesforce and other internal databases is working consistently and properly
  • Manage and update multiple databases for consistency
  • Review recommendation of changes to database design to understand how changes to be made affect database (how data is stored in terms of physical characteristics such as location, amount of space, access method, interconnectivity to other databases)•Research and resolve data anomalies
  • Create data dictionaries to document data types, associated business rules, and remediations paths
  • Test and correct errors, and refines changes to database
  • Perform end to end diagnostic analytics to identify data anomalies to be resolved and fixed at source
  • Assist in development of tools to measure provider directory elements compared to Salesforce to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Assist in the development of training for end users
  • Answer user questions
  • Confers with co-workers to determine impact of database changes on other systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in health care data analysis Operations or health program evaluation or equivalent (demographics data, complex data models)
  • 2+ years of SQL
  • 2+ years of Python experience including data focused libraries such as Pandas
  • 1+ years of ETL experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and / or another CRM

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience manipulating large data sets within large relational databases
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Excel, Access, Word, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with end users in various departments

Soft Skills:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative to excel in a fast-paced environment & pivot priorities as business needs shift
  • Ability to collaborate with others across multiple teams
  • Computer programming basics to interpret and understand logic/code behind
