An innovative software solutions company that exclusively partners with clients in the commercial financial marketplace is hiring for Senior and Lead Java Engineers to develop and architect modern software applications utilizing cutting edge technologies. This organization tends to pay very well, over average market rates. They partner with some of the biggest names in securities trading, investment banking, and asset management. All projects are predominantly in greenfield development, looking for engineers with at least Java 8 (they are using 11+), AWS, Lambdas, Spring Boot Microservices, building API's from scratch.

- Computer Science degree or relative experience

- Leadership experience (lead a team of engineers in the past)
- Experience in the consulting space (you will be interacting with clients)
- Up to $200k base depending on experience
