Collaborate with IT management and business unit staff to support iterative report development cycles. Modify and enhance existing reports in Power BI and Business Objects based on user requests. Contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of the reporting environment, including applying patches, managing upgrades, and ensuring application performance. Support ad hoc development efforts for internal management and auditing purposes. Assist in transitioning legacy reports from Business Objects to Power BI as part of client’s modernization initiative. Respond to assigned tasks via ServiceNow and coordinate solutions and updates with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with established data governance and security standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Agile development methodologies and a flexible, team-oriented approach to supporting evolving reporting and data visualization needs
