Job Description

Provide direct Anti-Tamper (AT) support to the Air Force Advanced Programs SAF/AQLE Division Chief and DoD Executive Agent for AT (ATEA) and provide direct assistance in the operations and optimization of DoD's overarching AT enterprise. Support includes drafting and communicating high-quality products (e.g., briefings, memos, DoD level guidance), analysis, review, and recommendations for complex and diverse DoD ATEA policy and guidance (including internal and external reviews), as well as advising the DoD ATEA on programmatic and technical strategies, staffing and coordinating across the DoD, preparing for meetings, and tracking and working actions critical to running the organization. Duties also include interfacing with the AT Program Office, AT Service Leads, external counterparts, and Senior levels of leadership (e.g., OSD). Overall, this role requires initiative, versatility, adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability and willingness to own and solve byzantine cross-DoD issues and challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Must have active TS and SCI eligible
  • 7 years of relevant DoD experience or IC experience
  • 2 years in SAP or SCI with at least one year being within the past 5 years
  • Knowledge and expertise with MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills to include authoring documents/briefings and an effective communicator - able to convey complex concepts via written word, diagram, or briefing

Preferred Requirements

  • Highly Desired: Knowledge and expertise of DoD policy, staffing processes, and organizational responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of DoD and Service acquisition processes, SAPs, and DoD systems and technologies
  • Knowledgeable of DoD AT policies and DoD programming and budgeting processes
  • Technical degree
