Accountable for individual income tax compliance, tax counseling, tax projections, tax notices and other financial related support for the partners of the firm

Review work papers, tax returns and related work products prepared by staff members for accuracy and conformity with tax law and documentation standards

Serve as technical specialist for all tax technical matters as it applies to individual federal and state income taxes

Act as the point of contact for client service issues

Qualifications:

Minimum twelve years of related experience in high net worth taxation within professional services or similar environment

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred; licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent

Proficient with web-based document storage, income tax software, and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Capability to work extended hours during peak tax periods

Ability to travel up to 20% to Montvale office for training (Would consider working from remote location for right candidate)
