- Achieve YoY sales, revenue growth, portfolio value and diversification targets
- Engage federal agencies including DHA, VHA, IHS , and CDC
- Identify and partner with appropriate consulting firms and other health care industry sectors

- MBA or master's degree in a health-related field preferred. Bachelor's degree with significant relevant work history will be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible positions involving relevant health care services business development and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and securing new business across IHS, CDC, HHS, VA, and military health systems.
- High level of health care industry knowledge
- Successful business development capture planning experience
- Strategic planning and able to work towards a common goal and mission
- Excellent communication skills, attentive to detail, ad highly organized
- Collaborative and team player attitude
