Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Support program and project management, organizational change management activities, and deployment planning for IT systems
  • Assist with developing and managing project schedule and tracking progress against planned activities.
  • Support acquisition, procurement, and budget activities (ADE plans, Acquisition Plans, etc.)
  • Conduct Readiness Assessments and propose options for deployment timelines (i.e., phased vs all-at-once)
  • Conduct analysis to identify process bottlenecks, issues, non-value-added activities, and other deficiencies/inefficiencies within systems and activities.
  • Monitor IT financial investments by assessing project health (to include IT projects that are in the pre-acquisition and acquisition stages) based on scope, schedule, cost, and risks/issues.
  • Review and analyze project scope, schedule, requirements, and identify project risks.
  • Analyze capabilities across projects and identify interdependencies.
  • Make recommendations and facilitate discussions between OCIO and its business customers to mitigate risk and to resolve project issues.
