DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, MidThe Challenge:

Ready to support mission critical operations that harness the power of cloud? With your DevOps engineering background, you're eager to develop your skills in a cloud environment and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks. On our team of cloud professionals, you'll become an expert in configuration management and provisions to support your clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. We're looking for someone like you to help build the tools that enables modernization for our client.

As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work with cloud architects and engineers specializing in Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, and Terraform to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You'll have the chance to grow your skills within a DevOps framework to establish full application CI/CD pipelines and use cloud service providers like Amazon Web Services to further your clients' meaningful missions.

With access to our internal innovative labs, there's no better place to build your skills and explore different ways of solving our clients' challenges, and you'll work with your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether helping to develop, deploy, or manage IT infrastructures for crucial server and network components, here, you'll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely

You Have:
  • Experience with YAML and scripting
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Experience with Ansible or Chef and Puppet
  • Experience with Source Code management, including Bitbucket or GitHub
  • Experience with Groovy and Declarative pipeline scripting
  • Experience with a cloud platform
  • Experience managing Linux with Apache configurations
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with AWS platform
  • Experience with Maven
  • Experience with Selenium or equivalent Unit Testing
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Experience with Windows System Management
  • Knowledge of Artifactory
  • Knowledge of Agile environment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple demands
  • Ability to communicate well with government clients and stakeholders
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
