Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise team members on methods and processes for managing several projects and/or products to meet organizational goals. In this role, you will provide advanced analytical support to make decisions regarding resources, timing, scope, priorities, risks, and opportunities. You will develop processes to enhance coordination with other teams and ensure support of the portfolios.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Digital Transformation - Portfolio Manager Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Design systematic approach to collecting and reporting on project or operation data. Review and analyze data collected by the team.
  • Recommend objectives of projects or products.
  • Review performance of product or project teams.
  • Refine goals, guidelines, objectives, and timelines for teams as needed.
  • Manage Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) business case including identification, validation and refinement of business case assumptions and ongoing tracking to drive accountability for forecast vs actual.
  • Lead EOM reporting and governance including management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), fulfillment of governance requirements and reporting.
  • Lead EOM Portfolio planning and dependency management including management of PI planning and engagement with key stakeholders across business, capabilities, enablers, and other supporting groups.
  • Oversee EOM retrospectives and lessons learned; establish mechanism to clear blockers/address escalated risks leveraging Portfolio/Program ceremonies
  • Support rollout and execution of EOM in alignment with EOM roadmap and engagement with key partners.
  • Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM)execution in partnership with OCM Center of Excellence (CoE)and Communications.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences:

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience in reporting and governance (including management of OKRs and board reporting)
  • Experience leading portfolio planning and dependency management (e.g., PI planning and engagement with key stakeholder across an organization)
  • Experience providing business insightincluding advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Experience inOperational Excellence

Desired Experiences

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience with SAFe
  • PMP Certification
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Jira, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project
