Provide guidance and knowledge regarding MHS / BUMED process, plans, and approach to develop business targets

Identify key stakeholders / personnel within MHS / BUMED and connect with KPMG leadership to develop and foster future business opportunities

Develop relationships with existing MHS / BUMED leadership

Bring a senior level understanding to MHS / BUMED's operational and business goals / objectives to support KPMG pursuits

Support business opportunities through writing and developing business approaches

Qualifications:A minimum of eight years transformation delivery / program management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred

Experience with Military Health Training Programs

Comprehensive understanding of organizational needs and requirements for MHS / BUMED

Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
