Document Management Analyst I

PAE has openings for Document Management Analyst Is in Washington, DC to provide administrative service support to the OCR Headquarters "Central Intake Unit", or "CIU", and "Customer Response Center", or "CRC", programs designed to streamline the complaint receipt and control processes across all of OCR into a centralized activity. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform general office support tasks in support of OCR's case resolution mission
  • Open, date stamp, and sort incoming mail
  • Scan mail and documents into PIMS
  • Retrieve electronic documents from holding queue and link to transactions
  • Assemble case folders with incoming case documents
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Use Microsoft Office suite of applications to enter data, track requests, prepare reports, etc.
  • File, perform receptionist and general clerical duties, answer telephones, direct callers to appropriate staff, and retrieve messages from the office voice mail system for referral to appropriate staff
  • Enter all relevant case data and documents into OCR's case management system, "Program Information Management System" (PIMS)
  • Perform other actions as directed by the CIU Chief and other government personnel

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
  • One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree. Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
  • Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc.
  • Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
