Job Summary:
  • The Project Manager will be the Project Manager for their assigned Portfolio Team(s) on behalf of the E-PMO. Required to have experience managing technology integration projects with a minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides support for implementing, maintaining and adherence to all E-PMO established policies and procedures.
  • Able to provide constructive feedback to optimize delivery.
  • Provide support in eliminating complexity and ambiguity in projects and ensure clarity.
  • Clearly present solutions and progress to multiple levels of stakeholders within the organization.
  • Create executive level presentations for solutions and business cases, as necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of tackling small and large initiatives.
  • Provides support in the governance and oversight of departmental unit and regional / international PMO departments. This is inclusive of the portfolio and program management governance methodologies.
  • Provides senior executives with vital information of project, program and portfolio health allowing them to appropriately govern the project portfolios.
  • Manages multiple integration projects services including analysis, execution, and delivery of projects across the enterprise.
  • Able to monitors the delivery of business objectives and client experience for E-PMO services.
  • Support with cross-functional business teams to analyze the ability to absorb change, adopt project and programs, and measure Return on Success.
  • Able to provide clear and concise communication of portfolio, program, and project management to all stakeholders.
  • Able to support and ensure utilization of established processes are being utilized.

Project Manager - Work Load:
  • 25% Project Leadership: Leadership and mentorship of the current project management staff and team, identifying and implementing best practices. Facilitate periodic project reviews. Provide mentorship, coaching and development for team members as appropriate.
  • 25% Project Planning: Define project objectives and scope. Plans the course of action required to meet the project intent. Accountable for the Project Management Plan, which includes areas such as a business case, work plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, communication plan, change plan, and risk plan.
  • 25% Project Execution: Integrates people and other resources to carry out the project management plan for the project. Manage and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized. Be the final point of approval for contingency plans and scope changes.
  • 15% Project Control: Regularly measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make any needed corrections. Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention.
  • 10% Business Results: Accountable for the delivery of project and for keeping the project sponsors and stakeholders aware of the status of the project and ensures successful closure and completion of all aspects of the project. Works with the business to ensure the product is successfully implemented and that the promised benefits and value are being captured that the promised benefits and value are being captured.
