Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will support capital framework modifications as required from the FHFA or internal management to provide the company with one trusted source for capital data using reporting tools to deliver results that help calculate, evaluate, or update regulatory capital data and processes. You will support the team in implementing capital framework updates while evaluating internal corporate strategies and new business process for capital impact.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Enterprise Capital - Business Analysis - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Supports implementation of capital updates and framework changes for all impacted systems and stakeholders corporate wide
  • Analyzes corporate strategic plans and assesses capital data needs
  • Support analytics, testing, and process enhancement for Finance initiatives related to data capture and single sourcing for capital reporting
  • Cultivate and maintain knowledge of the finance data program as it relates to regulatory reporting to serve as a knowledge expert to business lines
  • Provide recommendations to the team to determine business needs through understanding business unit operations
  • Gather and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, and resources
  • Make recommendations on areas for improved business performance
  • Identify and make recommendations on solutions to improve business performance
  • Translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • 2 years relevant experience

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and stakeholder building skills are required to build presentations and documentation to support the development and integration of the capital framework changes
  • Experience in financial services, regulatory capital analysis, corporate finance, or management consulting with exposure on financial services
  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Skilled in creatingcharts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
