Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will advise management and the team on methods and processes for analyzing, modeling, and interpreting capital and Profit & Loss (P&L) implications. In this role, you will advise on preparing corporate strategy analytics, market-based benchmarking, trend, scenario and business plan analysis on capital requirements, capital allocation, and optimization and effectiveness of business and/or enterprise strategies as needed.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise Capital - Capital Management and Analysis - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Draft regulatory capital reporting for stress testing and submit to regulatory agencies.
  • Evaluate assumptions and scenarios to perform baseline capital forecasting, DFAST and MST stress testing, key assumption sensitivities, and other analytics and reporting as necessary.
  • Examine corporate strategic plans, and assess capital and PL implications.
  • Develop and implement metrics and methodologies for capital adequacy, allocation, and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
  • Manage end-to-end financial stress testing program, including coordination with forecasting teams across divisions, results analysis, management and regulatory reporting, and process improvement.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years

Desired Experiences

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience in financial services or regulatory capital analysis
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem solving and/or analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Skills

  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data, including understanding key macroeconomic and business drivers of the company’s financial results and applying concepts to capital projections
  • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal, including coordination with BU CFO teams, governance stakeholders, and enterprise-wide stress testing teams
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand and the ability to synthesize information from several sources into cohesive themes
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

  • Experience using Macros in Excel

  • Experience using SharePoint
