Job Description
We are searching for a self-motivated and outgoing Event Specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and creative. Must have prior experience with events. If you have high-performance standards, a high level of enthusiasm, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then please apply!Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.Responsibilities:- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
- Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
- General Sales and Marketing daily activities.
- Negotiate with appropriate vendors before the event.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.
- Holding yourself accountable for measurable, high-quality, and timely results.
- Plan and execute the event based on the budget and financial ability of the host of the event.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Well organized and able to provide high-quality work 100% of the time.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals.
- An interest in learning about virtual events technologies and services.
- Integrity, creativity, high standards, persistence, and achievement-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Sense of urgency to provide a rapid response to customer requests.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
