Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAn Application Developer/RPA (automation) in Global Sales Incentives (GSI) must understand the Incentives process and data model in order to implement technical solutions that create efficiencies and insights to motivate sellers to achieve IBM's revenue. The candidate needs to take part of communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment of applications, including Web and Analytics, utilizing Agile development methods.It is required from the applicant to have knowledge of sales plan design, territory setup, quota definition, achievement allocation, payment calculation and financial planning as well as the applications and data that support the processes to translate requirements into solutions that are comprehensive, simple, flexible and reliable.As part of the development process the candidate must communicate and collaborate with the customer (and other stakeholders) to understand stakeholders’ objectives for the project and to gather requirements that help define software features and functions; plan the technical tasks to be conducted, the risks that are likely, the resources that will be required, the work products to be produced, and a work schedule; create models to better understand software requirements and the design that will achieve the requirements; write code and test to uncover errors; deliver the application to the customer and gather feedback.
