Conducts and/or facilitates a wide variety of administrative projects, program functions, and assignments relating to strategic and operational elements of the Department’s human resources services; assists with developing milestones for the accomplishment of administrative tasks, monitors progress, and resolves issues as they arise.

Collects, tracks and interprets data for the preparation of management reports pertaining to discretionary and common support expenses to include tracking and monitoring travel, overtime, and training expenses; as well as contracts; analyzes information to ensure it is reasonable and in-line with historical data.

Studies organizational operations to identify process problems; determines methods to resolve issues relating to efficiency, information sharing, effectiveness, and operational cohesion; recommends changes in work operations and associated policies; prepares reports, drafts, and other documentation.

Assists in developing and implementing organizational data management and analysis processes that promote the use of best practices; communicates with stakeholders to collect requirements in order to gather and present data in an easily understood format. - Responds to a variety of data calls and is a focal point for inquiries and dissemination of related information. Develops and implements organizational data management and analysis processes; usesdatabases, spreadsheets, utilities, windows, and word processing to compose charts, graphs and edit correspondence.

Experience managing and/or tracking budget and acquisition plans for an office.

Experience developing and/or managing a Share-Point site for an office.

Experience identifying organizational process problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, information sharing, and/or operational cohesion. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of project management.

Knowledge of Federal budgeting and acquisitions management.

Skill in applying analytical or evaluative methods/techniques in developing new procedures and approaches to identify and/or resolve significant issues or problems of a unique nature.

Skill in communicating to collect requirements, coordinate deliverables, share information and make recommendations to managers, staff members and/or stakeholders.
