The ideal candidate must have expert level Organizational Change Management & Transformation experience. Must have experience in creating OCM Strategies, Training Strategies and Communication Plan. Must be familiar with Business Process Improvement, User Engagement/ Stakeholder Interviews, Facilitating Training & End User Workshops both virtual and Instructor Led Training, Creating User Surveys. Must be familiar with Change Impact Assessment & Strategies for User Adoption. Must have experience in developing Content for E-Learning/LMS Systems.
