- Conduct legal research; prepare, edit, format, and file briefs and other legal documents
- Proofread and cite check legal documents to assist with filing preparation
- Manage electronic discovery across organizational litigation portfolio, advise attorneys
- Maintain case files, review and prepare materials for storage or disposal following case closure
- Help with and attend court trials and hearings
