In this role you will be supporting the Project Management staff with front line field management. The Project Administrator primarily supports the Project Manager / Project Engineer.This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week to start) which may lead to a full-time position in the future.Essential job functions include:

General reception

Jobsite office set-up and maintenance

Generating payroll records

Jobsite purchasing

Shipping and receiving

Processing invoices

Assist in issuing / processing Subcontracts (and Purchase) Agreements

Managing Certificates of Insurances

Correspondence with other Hensel Phelps offices

The position may require the new hire to be assigned to a project with specific badging or other security requirements, which may require the Company, Owner, or third party to conduct a criminal or other background check.Preferred qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word
